But years ago I was on the top deck of a bus going to work. Three white youths started to taunt a black lady sitting alone at the back. I will not put up with bullying and got up and went down the aisle to the 3 youths and told them not to be so childish. They just laughed at me so I shouted down to the conductor (yes it was in the days of bus conductors!) He threw them off the bus, no problem. I could not sit there and let bullying happen, skin colour would make no difference to me. Nowadays - I would be more worried to do this in case a bullying group (of any colour) had knives! I hope Mr Starmer does not underestimate or forget us normally peace-loving Brits and our sense of "fairness" to all.

They are there in parliament to represent the people of their constituency and they need reminding of that. We need to do this on mass, taking to the streets in protest is only going to be met with huge police presence and they will try and instigate trouble to justify making arrests. Lobbying you MP in writing, send a letter or email weekly to start with. If ignored the step it up to twice weekly then daily. If thousands did this in each constituency across the country it will send a very clear message peacefully.

Paul thanks for all you do. You're right, we are NOT an unfair people. I'm a Midlander and have not been happy with what's happened with mass- or illegal immigration. But years ago I was on the top deck of a bus going to work. Three white youths started to taunt a black lady sitting alone at the back. I will not put up with bullying and got up and went down the aisle to the 3 youths and told them not to be so childish. They just laughed at me so I shouted down to the conductor (yes it was in the days of bus conductors!) He threw them off the bus, no problem. I could not sit there and let bullying happen, skin colour would make no difference to me. Nowadays - I would be more worried to do this in case a bullying group (of any colour) had knives! I hope Mr Starmer does not underestimate or forget us normally peace-loving Brits and our sense of "fairness" to all.

Very well said Paul, agree 100%. We all must lobby our representatives in parliament and call for a vote of no confidence in this government to bring about a snap election. They are there in parliament to represent the people of their constituency and they need reminding of that. We need to do this on mass, taking to the streets in protest is only going to be met with huge police presence and they will try and instigate trouble to justify making arrests. Lobbying you MP in writing, send a letter or email weekly to start with. If ignored the step it up to twice weekly then daily. If thousands did this in each constituency across the country it will send a very clear message peacefully.
