Pennard Castle is a ruined castle, near the modern village of Pennard on the Gower Peninsula, in south Wales. The castle was built in the early 12th century as a timber ringwork following the Norman invasion of Wales. The walls were rebuilt in stone by the Braose family at the turn of the 13th and 14th centuries, including a stone gatehouse. Soon afterwards, however, encroaching sand dunes caused the site to be abandoned and it fell into ruin. Restoration work was carried out during the course of the 20th century and the remains of the castle are now protected under UK law as a Grade II* listed building. For your info lads.
I’ve been loving this whole series from across the pond, but this might be the best episode yet. South Wales is now on my bucket list. Keep up the great work!
So pleased you enjoyed your golf in South Wales. Especially Pennard what a wonderful place. However, Langland GC retained the Pressdee Putter in their annual local derby match
Great golf courses in Wales, and this is a classic, however the weather is always as you found it, you can’t plan a trip and book well ahead to be faced with a deluge
I played Pennard one year ago tomorrow. Between the views, the ruins, the members, the people hiking around the course, and the electric wires to keep the cows off of the green, it was a great day - and a great course. The weather wasn't as calm as what you had, though.
The music reminds me of my childhood when record's were played at a slower speed on the record player. Also, on the recap following a hole, could you add "thru 9", "thru 11" etc?
Can’t believe you wouldn’t get Bobby a cart, hanging on the back of the buggy is terribly dangerous and shocking if he is an employee. Get your health and safety in order James.
Whoever chose the weird music needs to have their ears tested. Sounds like a tape recording that has been variously stretched to destroy all sense of frequency stability. In technical terms - it's utterly f*d up. However, the golf was impressive - good job you were playing scramble.
Did you consider how annoyed some of your audience might be laughing that hard and then not telling them what about? Why put the laughing scene in there at all then? I mean, love the content and this series gents I really do, but in the words of US President Joe Biden..."Cmon Man!"
This roadshow series has been excellent James. It showcases some amazing courses I will never get to play. Thanks for showing us your journey.
You two should go on stage. What a double act, and Chris actually laughed. Great stuff lads. Thanks.

You 3 make such a good team, it looks like you have such a laugh. Chris’ grumpiness cracks me up 🤣
Chris’s golf is outstanding. Effortless swing
Absolutely breathtaking course!! Nice to see you lads laughing so hard you can't move too!😂
Always enjoy these "Next 100" tracks. Beautiful vistas, very fun to watch!

Delightful stuff chaps
Always impressed with how well you guys play in the weather you are given.
James "breathtaking isn't it" Chris "just the hill I think" 😂
Great vlog. The positivity is infectious.
I think the only way you two would laugh that hard is if Bobby forgot about the electric fence and his pylon connected with the National Grid:-)
Quick question James
When did you stop saying let's do it and let's do it now on your videos? I miss it
You should call this the ‘Delightful Tour 2024’ !!
Love this series lads, keep it up

Golf excellent and almost as good as the cricket! Diet needs a serious appraisal 😅
I'm POSITIVE Bobby knows his "birds" as well as possible.

Good round. Thank you.
Question: what caused all the laughter on the par 3 5th tee fellas?
Love the great banter and pure ball striking!!
Outstanding score considering the wind. 👍👍👍👍
Morning James have you done a next 100 review on serlby park, well worth a video
Tubes will be very excited to see James playing with a pink castle tee!
I hope Chris didn't 'pull' anything! Great reaction to the snag.

Those Lamkin grips are money. I have the same ones on my irons
Well played Gents. Not easy in that wind
Summer 2024? Shakes head in depression
In France it's Balle!!!
In Spain we shout bola, simply meaning ball instead of fore
Great fielding. Great fun video. But are you are going to reveal who rejected you
Great golf, lads! What's with the wonky music in between holes though? Made my ears hurt!
That's really nice putting.
Stunning looking track
I’ve watched every week and can’t remember why there’s an asterisk at the top score
Temporary greens.
