ITC was the first game of the series to feature parking areas, so while I agree with your sentiment this is only the 2nd time they have done it. I'm just glad they managed to capture so much of what made each title good and put it all into one game.

I dont think they will add the Multiplayer because they need to re-introduce the TXR once again to audience. Once it successfully satisfied them, they will add more features in future updates and new games.
You can get 420hp in real life by swapping turbine with single T04S/T04Z turbine, upgraded exhaust, sideport/streetport, upgraded exhaust muffler, air flow upgrade, intercooler and etc.
It is just personal enjoyment. This game reminds me of the Maximum Tune arcade games where its on wheel, so I had to bring up my wheel just to relive them :)
If you want to play keyboard I recommend you use a program to convert keypresses into controller analog inputs (like UCR + vJoy) I use it alot for arcade racers because it gives more precision to analog inputs in paper rather than using the built in digital steering for keyboard
This is still in Early Access, they dont have enough time to implement more features and car sound right now. They actually want to add Honda manufacturer in Early Access but they cant due the deadline time was too close and believe me, some cars in Beta phase was so BROKEN that you literally cant win them even on maxed upgrade, only RNg of luck can beat them (crashing to NPC cars or hitting the lane splitter in C1 or Wangan area)
the lack of RE Amemiya GT-AD to make a full Kezokoo build is such a bummer, especially considering it has been a staples since Drift 2, C1GP, & ITC (ITC only has AD Facer but still)
You've never heard WMMT, which it inspired by. The music in the background is from the series too. Well, there will be an update patches where you can adjust the chase cam settings, as long as you give them a feedback before full release.
oh dear god... that brake sound is horrible! game looks cool, but the ear piercing squeal every time you brake honestly just kills the whole experience for me..
Its how brakes works. Especially racing and driving at speed with normal cars brakes and braking hard it tend to happen irl. Kinda realistic IMO. Plus after some time it glows due the the heat build up
Since this game is still in early access, maybe the developer can add separate volume slider for the brakes so you can turn down the screeching sound of the brakes. Or maybe you can switch to different brakes sound.
