Shouldn't the title say "Grow" instead of "Scale"? The two are not synonymous. Every youtube video that has Scale in the title I skip because it's almost guaranteed to be just a sales pitch.....or if I see a whiteboard 😂. However, this video was good.
@@ZayWonderJournal of course. Scale is short for economy-of-scale and it means how do you increase your business efficiency to get the most out of human capital. Like if you started off solo, cleaning a house with a ladder, soap and a brush and it took 10 hours. You could "scale" by buying a pressure washer and chemical injector and do the same job in an hour.
It’s wrong to use people like you suggest. To ask someone to come to your house knowing that there’s no chance they’ll get the job is a form of theft. You’re stealing their time. If it’s an over the phone estimate, that’s different.
