Enjoy your content brother. Question. I’ve started using cleansol bc. The manufacture suggest that before using the cleansol, you have to dilute it down to a 4:1 (water:chem) first. Then depending on the severity of the cleaning, for really dirty applications, mix the previous diluted batch to a 10:1, and for lighter applications mix a 20:1. And for gutters and downspouts, use the previous diluted mix straight. The 10:1 and 20:1 of the 4:1 mix just seems weak. What ratio are you using.
prof painters hold the brush like you would a pencil and when using brush dont smash the brush so that your bending the bristles and spreading the brush out only dip brush in stain pot so the end of brush get dipped not the whole brush strike brush on side of paint pot to get excess stain off there more but i stope here hope this helps

You should've sanded the floor to remove that BIG color difference. Just my 2 Cents.
Looking back you are correct. I honestly thought it would blend better after i brightened the deck with oxalic but you live and you learn.
