Man, this song got me through some hard times. Whenever things would get to be too much. Whenever I felt like I was getting close to a panic attack I would put headphones on and go for a walk with this song. Really helped me clear my head. When I'm close to panic my thoughts start to spin like it's a downward spiral. This song mimics that in some ways and allowed me to let my thoughts spin, but only for short intervals. It provided structure to the chaos inside my head, that I desperately needed. As soon as the thoughts started spinning to fast or started to repeat, this song would redirect my thoughts to focus on something like the forward propulsion of walking, and even just a reminder that I was getting to circular with my thoughts and needed to change directions. It helped me calm down, focus, and redirect my energy in a way I never thought was possible.
