Hello everybody! :) If you like this series and want me to review more books, don’t forget to recommend them in the comments section. Also, I am not on Whatsapp or Telegram. I do not sell crypto or e-commerce courses. Please don’t get scammed by the spam in the comments section. If you also like and subscribe I’ll give you a cupcake! 🧁
I’ve been doing Lean principles for 15+ years. I’m constantly learning ways that it’s being applied. Originally I was taught LEAN manufacturing back in 2005 and it was amazing however people really struggled with the concepts because we worked with computers not manufacturing. I stemmed off and made it extremely successful in an office environment with e5S and many other tools. But this was really new concepts to me and just watching this video once I could see all these working. LEAN is really just logical decisions made that have sound reasoning. When I have time I’ll have to add it to my book list. Appreciate all the videos. Trying to learn more about marketing and thus far I find your guidance super helpful. I guess I just struggle with execution. Maybe one day I’ll launch something. Cheers Evan
This is a freaking awesome video!! I struggle with dyslexic tendencies and I may also be autistic, so getting through books has always been a slow process. I won't replace reading but finding videos like this that can help me process the information in a different way, so so helpful!! Can't wait for the rest of the series
Honestly i loved this short video and was explained very well to the point. Watching all of your posts on UA-cam to start a store soon without any startups for trying then i can spend good money to make the big thing happen soon. Thanks again.🤜👊🤛💯
I found myself misunderstanding, or feeling confused in some parts of The Lean Start Up. Thank you for Making this video, you broke down all the important principals and made it easier to understand. I didn't finish the last part of the book, where it's talking about engines of growth. Need to go finish the book, its definitely a really great book, and made me think of business in a different way. Thank you for doing a review of the book, this video is defiantly a good refresher of the book, and a all around great breakdown of it.
Excellent book.. it flows like a real life conversation.. raw and straight to the point while still keeping you engaged by giving stories.. no excess fat in it..I'm not starting a business but i still gained so much from it.
I loved this video, I have read this book before but if i ever wanted a summary i wouldn’t go to my notes for the summary. i would watch this instead. i would love important book to be summarised. Appreciate the content a-lot
I love your videos ,Davie!!!!! I Bought more then 20 courses still learn from you more then from guru's... they teach how do dropshipping it's not bad but nobody speaks how do management and how to build brand.Dropshipping is good for testing not for scaling. My mainly problem was I find successful product and try to scale with DS and its get wrong. We learn from you a lot buddy!definitely get in your couching group
Davie, I think you often underestimate the kind of person you are and it's impact in your success. You're humble, kind, smart, dedicated. That's a powerful mixture.
Hi Davie! I just found you're UA-cam channel this week and really love you're content. You're journey from where you started to now is so inspiring! I loved this book review video along with the explanation. Great job, I would love to see more videos like this!
I just finished reading this book after you recommended it and I loved it. There were a ton of very important take-always, like the importance of hypothesis testing (although I have reservations on the ‘how’) but I found this framework can’t be applied indiscriminately to every situation and people should be aware going in that they need to make sure that the framework is a good fit for their business. At the outset I’d tell people to remain adaptable, aim to take what they need and proceed with caution. This kind of framework probably works best with SaaS businesses, but even there founders run the risk of giving up on the core idea that galvanised them in the first place prematurely and i don’t know about others but I’d get pretty burned out changing everything about the company every so often. If you have a truly innovative idea/product, your customer might not know what they need. We didn’t know rectangles made of glass we’re going to turn the mobile telephone and personal computing industries on their head until Apple and now it seems so obvious. I would suggest a book called ‘Who’ by Geoff Smart for a future review, it’s about hiring. You’re a rockstar, Davie, keep up the good work
It would be great to have some insights on different verticals + industries. I.e. dealing with manufactures and suppliers in the apparel vertical as well as strategy behind creative, cro, and branding
I'm about a quarter of the way into reading the book and I think it's pretty important to read it yourself even though your summary is pretty good. I'm a Neurosurgery registrar 9 months from my final exam and I'm still asking myself at this point whether I should pivot or persevere 🤣🤣I have an idea that's going to make working with tumours with complex molecular profiles much simpler but I'm not 100% who my customer is, and it'll be impossible to create an MVP without significant initial investment. Healthcare is not as agile as other industries in terms of adopting innovative strategies, experimentation etc. Entrepreneurship in healthcare (and other heavily regulated spaces) needs special attention
Loved it! Thanks Davie. Can you add Good to Great, The Infinite Game, The E-Myth Revisited to your book list? Those were all fantastic reads in this same category. Thanks for all the value you are providing.

Hello Davie, im 14 and im starting my first website, I need a lot of guidance and I want to join your membership program although I will only be able to join on Saturdays or after school. How often do you do a meeting and what days? Any suggestions? Cheers
Hi there! If you are 14 years old, I would suggest that you talk to your parents/guardian(s) whether you should be spending money for a business program. I go live fortnightly for the Tier 2 members to discuss specific questions they have. It is also recorded and posted for all members to watch.

Do you think it's better to read books physically, digitally, or through audio?
