Toyota is changing itself by every single new car. They have changed themself from being labelled "lazy, old" to become young, modern and more approachable to new comers. I will buy this car when it's available in Vietnam.
Thailand price for premium is RM85k and it comes with 1.2L engine. Most probably, Malaysia will have 1.5L engine and be more expensive. Hopefully, it's below 100k
I see they brought back the bump in the middle of rear passenger legroom. Cruise control is a welcomed addition. Driving mode & trip is on the steering wheel instead of knee height
Car manufacturers should standardize safety feature(airbags, traction control, HSA, parking censors, Lane keeping assist, autodoor lock, etc) and make the premium features(LED lights, leather seats, large info display, connectivity, trims, etc) optional.

It's good that Toyota finally decided to replace the old Vios with a whole new design. It's been a long time coming now, but I'm not a big fan of the front and back venturi slots with a protruding flap. It looks like an afterthought!
Car designs are getting mature. Just like the new Civic FE which I really like. We just bought a new Corolla Cross because of it's design too. Simple body lines yet charming and atheltic.

I guess, It depend on each market as well but here they are use the same engine as a previous generation and theirs CVT transmission are pretty reliable I never heard a bad story about it.
nahh, projector headlights are the best, even if they're still halogen they can be replaced with LED bulbs. With LED reflectors, you really can't replace the LEDs for brighter ones.

I’m look for “affordable” cars that will get ~280K miles like my last 1992 Integra... (~$30K (Taxes/fees ) for an corolla/civic CVT is Not affordable...!

Watever quality goods becomes junk when sell in malaysia.. They comprised the quality to curtail the price and claim malaysia economic is still in a good shape but when you your drained your pocket just to buy the cap ayam goods which is fixed in malaysia..

Correct, It didn't have a spare tires but it does come with tire repair kit which is not present in the video.
