Is mot so cheap anymore.There are good quality products like good goat,ship cheese and stunning olive oil.
The prices in some supermarkets are same prices like anywhere else in Europe.
The properties in coastal area are going up.
The restaurants are about the same as in Europe but their standard went up.
The part of Croatia I am most familiar is Istra and I recommend Rovinj that looks like St Tropes of Croatia Adriatic and Pula that is the old Roan city with amphitheatre and Roman temples.
Sadly no more festivals as once.
The inland Istra looks like Provence in France and Tuscany.
