I found it fascinating that this version truly keeps the feel and spirit of the Irish original.

I was thinking the exact same thing! I was listening to Siuil a Run by Celtic Woman and was thinking "I'm sure I know this.." so I was racking my brain on where I heard it. So ofc I did lots of searching and realised it was this song. Then I was like "How did I not know, I have this album xD"
