That weld where the handle joins the blade is a weakness because it messed up any heat treat you did. I like the pipe as a handle though, cool idea. Just one more thing, a bill hook is a different kind of blade shape, more like a falcons beak at the end that makes it a hook. You have a great little chopper there tho. Keep making and keep creating
