Especially since it's not their music, it's a cover of Steamboat Bill.
Disney has done this to another video on someone teaching people how to do the whistle mickey does; even though he did the whistle himself and the song is public domain. Likely one of their bots flagging videos because it has no idea it's public domain.
But still, you'd think they'd be more professional than this. Then again this is the company named after Walt Disney, the guy who took the credit from Ub Iwerks for creating mickey so it's not out of character for them.

You can, the gloves are in the title card of steamboat willie and a public domain poster advertising steamboat willie has red shorts too, the shoes being yellow are the only bad things

Yea that's going to be a big issue going forward since while the Steamboat Willie version of Mickey is off copyright, a lot of this features like voice, personality, and coloring are still under copyright since that stuff was established a lot later on.

Mickey wasn’t made in 1923, that’s the year Walt Disney created his studio called Walt Disney studios, the year Mickey made his debut was 1928.
There's no smoke coming out of the smokestacks
One small detail, his shoes have to be brown, after some research the gloves and red shorts are also public domain, but the yellow shoes are still under copyright
Also the gloves have to have a little darker yellow dot in the middle of the palm like in the poster
