And how did you write something that makes it sound like the listener is a perfectly calm hausFrau who just watches the villain husband do the villain thing with absolute equanimity? "Can you help me come up with an evil speech for when I confront the senator?" I mean... seriously. It's awesome. "I love you just the way you are." He never pushes his darling to change to match him, and he doesn't worship his spouse's goodness in comparison. They're just... a couple. A married couple in love.
