- Within minutes of the jury handing down their guilty verdict on all three counts of Hunter Biden's federal gun trial, his family banded together as they left the courthouse, with Hunter then traveling to Delaware to meet his father, President Biden. The president, who has said he will not pardon his son, issued a statement offering his support. NBC’s Ryan Nobles reports and Laura Jarrett provides analysis for TODAY.

The U.S. Constitution doesn’t contain any provisions for the delaying of an election, however, because the current election system is completely dependent on modern technology, a delay of the election would be inevitable if specific electrical substations were damaged causing widespread outages.
The current administration doesn’t need to win this election to stay in power, they just need to create a disaster big enough that prevents large swaths of people from being able to cast their vote, thus, delaying ‘indefinitely’ the peaceful-transfer of power.
