Guys don’t try the London System, I played the opening once and my girlfriend left me after the game for someone who plays the Jerome Gambit. Don’t support these guys!

I am 1600 and i played 3000 London games. I learned some theory so i was aware of Bxh7 line at 1:02. But they always either trade bishop or c6 knight or push/trade c5 much earlier. I have never seen moves like Qe7(0:48) or Nd7(0:52) in similar positions. Even 0:40 position was only a few times, although i always build towards it. (Just checked my games in the database)

The most respectful resignation I had was when the opponent was up 3 or 4 points.

I once thought I was forking my opponents queen, but in fact I hung my full queen. The opponent didn't realise either and resigned anyway. Only when I ran review did I realise.

What are good sources that explain which pawn structures counter others? Like Aman's comment at 9:03 that suggests there is some established knowledge on this particular two structures on the king side...
I am not talking about classical pawn structure studies like the one on the Carlsbad...

Level 4 of the habits series has incredible lessons on pawns and pawn structures.

That 2nd game really opened my eyes of not trading and moving backwards to allow for my opponent to make a mistake. That felt really clean

The London: A system for players who aren't sure if they're Queen's pawn players, they're just a little D4 curious.

9:12 I don't want you calling moves Wrong. Call them blunders, but not wrong. The safest way judge a move unfavorably is to say that it's not useful in the position and is giving you a "free" move, even tho it "may" be useful in the future. It's a change in the position and it's given back to you to brake the defense there of. It is just some brain presuming it's having a good time playing chess. If you cannot jump on the opportunity it's a testament to your inaccuracy and the opportunity may be gone the next move, that's chess.
