It really hits home with me how this bike policeman has to put in track hours. I rode from Wales to Denmark and my bones, joints and everything else felt shattered. It is not comfortable yet I did but a smidgen of what this dude does for a career. His bones must be some sort of space-age alloy. As exciting as it sounds, it's pure pain that you just have to get used to.

its cheaper than a motorway car, around 27K I think, plus it will last a long while and retain a good resale value due to its rarity, having seen the way some of the big mouths ride up that way, I think its cheap at the price

Where I’m from we used to have these as well that were bought and used for this sole purpose, but today the ones that see actual police use are only repurposed police seizures or work as ghost cars. Exhibition vehicles are usually sponsored by manufacturers, etc. that only live a trailer queen life.
Funny how bike theft and other crimes are at its highest and there focus is on catching speedsters doing 33 in a 30 and not stopping the people doing the actual crime, lets be real about this behind the scenes they just got this bike to have fun and speed its not like at 150mph ur gonna do anything physical against the other rider. they refuse to hit these little bike thieves of bikes as they are scared of hurting them, but you think chasing them at 150mph is safer LOL makes sense bud! The revenue collectors doing what they do best.
I was unfortunate enough in June this year to be first on scene at a potential fatal motorcycle accident. The first thing I was faced with was the riders shin bone in approximately 5 pieces. Luckily I was at work for one of the emergency services and got him help fairly quickly. The one thing I want to say is please wear the right gear. This chap that I came across was wearing tracksuit bottoms and trainers, and when he went down against a wall it ripped his leg apart. I am more than sure that if he had had leathers on he would not have lost his leg.

The people who drive motorbikes without gear is usually low iq and always end up in a bad way. He wasn't saying anything about people must wear the right gear, he stated that they should. I drive like a maniac in the mountains and i would never ever do that without a full tracksuit and preferably airtech system.
@@evelghostrider guess why the HSE regulations became law on a building site ? you need to spend a little time in a hospital Trauma unit, then see how much time people like yourself waste in being patched up through not wearing decent gear, the time spent treating morons ,means that other people who really need the surgeons and nurses help are losing out , and often die, I keep my machine properly maintained, ride wearing the correct gear, its all about lowering the risk, oh and I dont show off and ride like a council estate yob, I dont need to impress any one, guess thats how I got to retirement in one piece
I think you will find , by law you can carry on to a place you feel safe to stop regardless weather the blue lights are on. This is not a fail to stop!

Those comments in the BMW video appear to be confusing KPH for MPH When you get up to bikes with this amount of power the bike has nothing to do with it. It's about the rider and I know for sure police riders will outride 99% of civilians WHILE being safer. I've done bike safe and IAM, and I know it's saved my life MULTIPLE times. Just remember, on a bike, your face is your airbag and crumple zone

i have actually been "stopped" by some random lads thinking it was funny to go driving round and flash a blue strobe at drivers... didnt do anything really bad just pulled up next to me like "waaaay" and just drove off.... but should make it a standed if your pulling someone with a unmarked 100% all the time siren with the lights not just lights
with the current situation in the UK and the world i think it would be fair to say should really siren and lights everytime you want to stop someone in any vehicle, unless its very very clear its not spoof eg marked or uniformed and pulled up next to them or doing the traffic control thing infront of drivers etc

Best thing to catch up with crap cars, even the top dog of a police car like the Audi and the BMW is no way as fast as this great bike, And some years ago, they had the Suzuki Hayabusa as that still from this day is a beast of a bike, And in reality, the H2R is top speed over 250 mph, and still think on a long straight road, no cop car will catch you in speed,
The baby brother is the H2, this is sports tourer h2 sx. Great bike, but limited to 186mph. Most zzr14's from 2012 onwards will leave this bike. It is a superb handling bike though, test rode 2 now and very comfortable.
I love it how they keep banging on about how biker's need to do advice riding course when car drivers do sod all when are they going to charge the car test so that young drivers are restricted to 1.1 liter cars when young riders are restricted to 33 bhp under the age of 21 surly it should be the same for both

In unmarked bikes can have blue lights on what’s to stop bike thieving gangs doing the same? Making you stop then mugging you for your bike? Doesn’t sound right to me. Leave the blue light stuff to clearly marked bikes to make it feel safer for us to stop
Speeding isn’t the issue. Speeding can be perfectly safe. It’s all the slow drivers that cause the problem, and all the dummies that was given a license and haven’t improved since they’ve passed their test. Start penalising the ones who come down a slip road at 50mph when traffic on the motorway is going 70, all the idiots who slow down to be nosy when there is a car crash on the other side of the motorway, all the middle lane hogs are a massive problem especially when there is a 50mph speed limit on a motorway, they also cause congestion, leave the speeder alone and penalise the shit drivers.

Bikers I’ve chatted to here in mid Wales find stealth Police bikes tend to goad bikers into having a dabble, then when they do press on a bit they get pulled over and get nicked.🫤

I’ve got one of these and firstly, it won’t do over 200mph! Mines been remapped and puts out 222bhp but it’s not capable of over 200mph!!
I had a 2019 one and now have a 2024 model. They are extremely quick but the figures quoted at the start of the video are pub banter at best.

I,m not a biker but a lgv driver and some bikers take unnecessary risks when on the roads ,I have witnessed many near misses
