160g Petai 160克 臭豆
50g Ikan Bilis
1 Big red onion 1粒大洋葱
Sambal Chilli Sauce 叁巴辣椒酱：
80g Small red onion 80克 小洋葱
20g Garlic 20克 蒜头
30g Dried Chilli (Blanched with hot water) 30克 辣椒干 (热水川烫)
10g Balacan 10克 答拉煎
½ teaspoon Salt ½茶匙 盐
2 teaspoon Sugar 2茶匙 糖
1 teaspoon Light Soy Sauce 1茶匙 酱清
