No one in this day and age has inspired, motivated and helped me like Shaykh uthman ibn farooq. May Allah grant him jannatul firdaws. Uthman is just the right one to talk about sincerity.
Glad Tidings to Sheikh Uthman for his work of Da'wa for the sake of Allah SWT. Love his explanations in simple English and easy to understand. May Allah SWT bless him and reward him immensely, Insha'Allah.
37:16 Subhanallah. And you would have seen the sun, as it rose, inclining away from their cave to the right, and as it set, declining away from them to the left, while they lay in its open space.1 That is one of the signs of Allah. Whoever Allah guides is truly guided. But whoever He leaves to stray, you will never find for them a guiding mentor - Al-Kahf 17
59:45 I didn't get the example brother Uthman made, a person giving Sadqah because he did something bad is ok in Islam no? As a muslim myself what I understood from the point in the book is that you don't show off to yourself meaning sometimes a person thinks good of himself and excludes Allah's blessing on him. "I'm good because I'm this way I deserve it" not remembering that Allah gave him Hedayah in the first place and guided him to do this good deed. In tafseer of إياك نعبد وإياك نستعين there is a grate point that is close to your topic (Iklas) اخلاص [You alone we worship and you alone we ask for help (including help in guiding us to worship you) ] so it becomes a full circle of complete dependency in Allah ! and in Arabic the normal way of constructing the sentence is to say نعبدك ونستعينك we worship you and ask your help, but the word (You alone) came first as a way to show Haser حصر umm I don't know how to say it in English, it's connected to Tawheed too. The oneness of Allah, to show that him alone is first in your mind and excluding anything else. Kind of like لا إله إلا الله too. Anyway, English is not my first language, I hope I was clear, if not I'm sorry but look for the Tafseer of Alfatehah generally because It is a Surah that's worth a lot of contemplating. Thank you for the grate conversation keep up the good work may Allah guide us all
As salaamu alaykum It's clear that we have some anti-dawah fanboys leaving comments below: Brothers in Islam- instead of trying to discredit brother Uthmaan for something that you and Shamsi have misconstrued, take the good the brother offers, and leave anything negative he may say. All you do with your ignorant comments is aid the kufar in their hopes of division amongst the Muslim ranks: you play in to the very hands you say you hate.

Brilliant podcast brother alhamdulillah uthman the lion of dawah may Allah SWT continue to guide us all
The first reason that got me immediately like the OMF channel is the fact that they blur uncovered women and don't allow UA-cam Ads on their videos.
Exactly 💯
May allah reward them ❤
Remaining in these sincere times.
