I did this workout in my front yard no gym membership, no distractions and I got it Nnnnnnnnn! I was working out so hard my teeth were sweating!!!My goal is get rid of 30lbs and become Diabetic Type II free.

To get rid of diabetes you have to drink 7-8 glasses of water regularly for like 3 months.

Working out is only 25%, the other 75% is nutrition. From knowing you have DB type 2 sounds to me like you binge a bit, wouldent suprise me if you thought working. out works even if you binge, cause it doesent. Keep an eye on nutrition, and lets be real, if you already have the food in fat form, why not burn it by just not eating much?

@@rogergreen1787 it does get cold especially around June but not too cold like places like Gauteng etc. I live in Limpopo and Limpopo is hot especially this time of the year...not comfortable for me since my skin reacts badly to the weather.

I am 63 years old and need to lose 30 pounds. I made it through the 8 minute ab workout and the 5 minute fat burning video today. I surprised myself in making this feat. These are easy to follow and I can definately feel the effects. This was day 1 and am looking forward to what I can achieve in 30 days. Thank you for your help.

Hi Chan, hi Simeon! I do like this video being one of the best fitness-videos on UA-cam.
Why? The length is ideal, I don’t need any equipment, I love the intro where you show the later routines - and, the best: there are two levels simultaneously. I do some of the advanced and some of the beginner‘s level. This is so motivating! I would like to have more videos performed in this way, for back, six-packs, legs, neck.
Perhaps you could change the music during relaxation, because sometimes I‘m so concentrated by performing so I can’t always have a glimpse at the screen.

Thank you so much for this. I'm a beginner and I was struggling to find a cardio workout that I actually like. I'm a bit OCD and I tend to lose it when things aren't in sequence or order. Each day I'd change my routine trying to find something that I like and that would just frustrate me and demotivate me. Then my bf found your channel and we tried this workout and I love it. I started by repeating it 3 times and I'm gradually adding more sets and also shifting from beginner to advanced. I love it so much. Once I can do 10 reps of the advanced workouts without difficulty, I will then move on to other workouts on your channel. Thanks a milli. Love from SA ❤️

Thanks 4 video I'm a 55 yr old African American male with history of weight problems n my family's history but I didn't experience any of this until my mom's passing 2 week's shy of her 46th birthday n have ridden this thing from age 23 until this date I finally tipped the scale to the round number of 364 pounds with no time to adopt a proper program 2 get adequate burn as well as muscle building to properly maintain better than good health as I get older I've seen many on u-tube but yours stands out with the side by side as well as the variety of style 2 help aide even the most advanced of age 2 take part n so please consider this n all future videos thanks once again yours truly Kenneth Robinson 4ward always

I just did this for the first time and it was great! Would love it if it could have some sound cues or different music from the workout and the rest times so that I wouldn't have to keep looking up at my computer screen to know if its time to transition to the next move.
