On the floor puzzle is a pain on the butt, and given a bad random. If Mario does fall into a trapdoor, there are more then 100 Ninja enemies to fight with or to avoid them, and they will respawn even if you defeat every single one, making a chaotic fight. I hate the floor puzzle in Fort Cobalt.

Use paint to hit the fences. If it's a bad one, you know not to hit the one with paint splattered on it the next time.
