Then a relatively minor fallout over D.I.L's treatment of my grandson ( her step-son) & they cut me completely out of their lives. Havent seen 3 yr old granddaughter in over a year, she doesn't know who I am. I'm "lucky" they can't stop contact w/grandson due to his being much older & still being friends w/ his mother. It's beyond heartbreaking.

I felt that Collie gave a bit of attitude about it so I gave my opinion. People normally take notice when someone is really tall or short or whatever. Seems like more people want to recognize him as a person even tho he's really tall. Was no special thing to some people.

The value of having a mother in your life is unexplainable! Let’s appreciate her while she still alive before she’s gone.

I'm happy for people like this. My parents were horrible people and when they died I didn't shed a single tear. I honestly wonder what it feels like to have parents that were positive influences on your life that you would feel so happy to see them.

There is no love greater than the love from your Mom. Those of you who whose Mom is still alive please make sure to make some time for her. You will never regret it.

When my son was in the marine corp, every year on mother's day, on my favorite radio station he would call the station and dedicate this sing to me, I'll always love my momma by the intruders. I always felt so special when that happened.

I lost my mom a year ago last week to complications from dementia. I’m 61 and cried like a baby watching this. I’m so happy for those two.
