We need you to talk about the Cons of both places - the high humidity forcing people to confine to air conditioning; the precarious fact that infrastructure isn't able to keep up with growth; the congestion from the winter tourist situation, crowding, traffic , etc .
Man I really appreciate this feedback you’re right, there are some cons to living down in that area. My suggestion is for anybody looking in west palm that’s concerned about any of these points that he makes to take a look further north in the treasure coast where it opens up.
I guarantee everyone from west palm goes to Palm beach anyway for the beaches and highend shops. As a person from London I've lived in one of the worst and best parts and and noticed everyone from the worst always crosses over to the best even if not living there. Palm Beach is definitely a place I would love to try living in. It must be a dream to retire there but I'm many years away from that.
I absolutely see your point of this and agree with it. The good news is we don’t really have many really rough areas, so Palm Beach Island is a great place to go even if you can’t live there, are you considering moving to Florida for retirement from England?
I prefer Broward County Hallandale beach Florida, beautiful city good beaches and restaurants and growing businesses and communities, and good nightlife.❤🇺🇸
@@lisouthflorida no, I just stumbled on this video after watching some video about gang violence in West Palm. I am aware that West Palm also has very nice neighborhoods as well.

Palm Beach is one of the most affluent areas in the world. The 88% population are millionaires and have a strict social code for the community. There is no sign signaling Palm Beach but this has a definite cycle of parties, balls, and social clubs. The area is run by a highly exclusive social hierarchy that controls the various country clubs. The individuals are interested in wild times and spending money. Certain religious groups are excluded from the private clubs.

Hallandale Beach is a good spot. The prices are reflective in being much higher the closer you get to Miami
