I gave up on the series shortly after Ragnar died as it became just another soap opera. But this scene looks like a truly epic ending, well done to the scriptwriters, actors, director.

It's one of the best shows I've ever seen. My grandmother passed away a few days before I watched the episode containing Lagertha's funeral, they'd lost their Matriarch and my family had lost ours, it was so emotional to watch.
