Thanks for clarifying why you swapped out the idealist for catalysts. I kept trying to wrap my head around why but I can see it being a problem in a thinking dominated business world. I'll still use idealist as the term fits them quite well but having multiple terms for each of the temperaments only helps to increase clarity on temperament. 11:02 Why did Keirsey see Jungian functions as parts only? Don't they make their own system which allows for different combination? All functions interact with each other?

We find it challenging to associate the Extroversion you identified in the stabilizer category as Introversion.
