Thank you Linda. Its refreshing coming across such a composed and lucid analysis. There's no undue drama here. Occasionally i think i may be this type but in fact I have INTP preferances, almost certainly. The two are quite similar in some aspects.
I love your use of Beebe's classical concepts of "critical parent" and "demon." When typologists are able to use the original terminology of a new idea, it further elevates the status of its original author. A status both you and John have obtained and deserve. Thank you for your great contributions to personality typology. And your great illustrations and clarity sharing it.
Where is the rest of chart the course I see istp but no more and I see 3 behind the scenes is it not in order ? Are you going to do infj or intj , istj soon ?
Good point about the order. I couldn't decide on which lens to use for the order (Interaction Styles, Essential Motivators, or Cognitive Dynamics) so I started with some whole types that are often misidentified. For example, ISTP often reports INT_ on personality tests and ISFP often is not easily identified. I think we are about ready to release INTJ and I'll see if I can get a couple more ready during the next couple of weeks since January will be a time of lots of noise as our kitchen is torn up. Thanks for inquiring.
@@lindaberens6782 Hey linda, I had a question. Do you think Keirsey's book Personology is worth diving into? Been debating whether to pick it up and wanted your take.
@@wearejungians Thanks for asking that. I bought it and looked through it, but it has been a long time. He does get into other aspects that give us variations. So it is probably worth it. He had a very different take on the work of Isabel Myers. He admired her focus on behaviors.

Thank you for the feedback. I too resonate with the INFP descriptions a fair amount.
