    Thank you for your video.
    The Atlantis line was clearly engineered to perform at its highest on top of the stove and as another commentor had mentioned the results of the test was to be expected. IMHO it is very likely that Staub will perform better in a prolonged "in the oven with lids on" test such as braisning due to uniform mass on all sides of vessel. The thin walls and lid of Atlantis maybe at a disadvantage in such a test.. It would be ineteresting to also do a poll what vessedsl has a better table appeal as a servewear, such as in a casual enterataining situation. Regards.

      I wouldn't how to test them doing prolonged cooking in the oven with the lids closed. What. parameters should I look for...? As for better table appeal, I think the Staub wins it here.

    This is just amazing, so scientific... Hahaa...no serious Mon Ami. I've just bought a casr iron pot, now I gonna see how mine works... U've given me much courage... Hah Cos, at Christmas time I wanna do a Turkey and see how it goes. Mama was a whizz kid at cooking on the coal and wood stove, with this cast iron pot...the food was always sooo delicious... Hah.
