May I suggest something? Instead of tasteless canned mushrooms, try fully caramelizing fresh button mushrooms, or "Baby Bellas." Let them cool to room temp, then add to the pizza. It's wonderful!

What is double ‘O’ ? flour??

It's regular flour just ground very fine. It's available at all grocery stores.
