Don't worry about the seeds being different in the 2 hoppers, once it starts using the product from hopper 2 it'll switch to the seed you selected, in my experience
If you raise the auger the spreader should drive under it, but on my playthrough it only emptied the auger which holds 5000 liters, it drove to the setpoint after that, it might work if your point is close enough so it stops under the auger. I switched to the Multifruit Buying Station on modhub after that
We may still consider a switch moving forward. I think the struggle has actually been with the graincart based on some testing but my hope with this series is to keep upgrading and trying new stuff as we expand.
Thanks! Length varies a bit post editing but I've been shooting for the 45 minute mark on average lately up from my historical 25-30 min target based on the positive feedback I've gotten on the longer videos.
In the an tanks you have a semi trailer or just anything that holds gases so you take that and attach the caddy to the implement and then you have the truck bring the an to you and you refill in the field
Aye that's what we used to do, had a couple smaller tanks and one guy would run the pickup to go refill the empty while someone was applying with the other in the field
That's what we did in Southern MN as well "back in my day" but I read somewhere the further south you go they would put it on in the spring. Something about not having the frost to prevent the nitrogen from leaving the ground.
Idk if this is true you may have to try it, I know from another UA-camr he say that only way he got anhydrous to work that the field has to be black and can’t have no residue on top or it won’t work. You may have to try it, idk if that the case on that.
i discovered that courseplay courseplay and anhydrus don't play well with each other. if i drill manually without courseplay, precision farming recognizes the anhydrus
I didn't but if I feel like we're falling behind on payments I'll keep it in mind. I feel like we're going to be rolling in money after our first cotton harvest.
If you get rid of the combines you should move to some big case combines. Would be nice to see an all red farm

And yes , you use a Semi with a tanker trailer that handles Anhydrous

Definitely switch to custom moddings case ih 9250 harvesters with the honeybee headers.
I was thinking the same thing

A Good Friday with a Kederk Farms upload! Best thing about your videos man is the length, Keep’em coming!

Kederk Farms did a video on the same anhydrous seed hawk set up in Deer Creek, 2022. It worked fine for him. ;)
I know right? I should reach out to that guy he definitely had his act together better than I do. :)

glad to know you're from the Mitten. I'm in the Lansing area
Loving this Series nice to see some case equipment on your channel
This map is ideal to try the wide span vehicle system by dogface. Those headers should fit it as long as the header is at least 13m
Ohh, that'd be a fun one to try out. Will add it to the list!
In my time we pulled the tanks into town but then we used smaller nurse tanks.inow you can find semi trailers that haul the stinky stuff.

You could do NH as Case owns them anyways.
In my days on the farm we put the anyhdrouus on in the fall with a special toolbar in a separate action

We always had a teuck deliver anhydrous to us at the farm/or the field
Put your headland overlap on 0 instead of 7 that may help with your corner issues

Thanks for the tip, I'll try and find time to play around with it a bit more at some point and see if I can get it working
I can never get anhydrous to work with course play.
Hey great vid. I was wondering if that drilled texture the seedhawk is leaving is built into the map or something you added?
I have not done any edits to this map
I have only seen Anhydrous being applied on its own and not while planting/drilling
Admittedly they do this in Canada when drilling more commonly than in the US.
You can turn off ad help windows in the ad settings
28:27 auto-magically.. 😂😂😂
What refill shed is that?

Good to know!
Is there wa way to change when building lighs turn on? I'm sure there is, but do you know?
I believe there is a configuration in the xml but it's been a long time since I've looked at that
Yes it can be changed in the map placeable folder XML
Did you refund the money from the anhydrous not working? You should since it isn't working.
I didn't but if I feel like we're falling behind on payments I'll keep it in mind. I feel like we're going to be rolling in money after our first cotton harvest.
I see them in Illinois
