it depends, even if ur in USA, there' still videos that u cannot hear its sound for Copyright or Gov Policy thing, for example, u cannot hear sound of certain videos from Chinese users if u r in USA ip address, so, it depends on the video or whr the original poster comes from, and whr u, the user, live
