Nowadays you need extraordinary computer power for watching 8K 360° videos. If you have troubles with watching such videos, choose 4K or HD quality in the settings of your UA-cam player. We hope that UA-cam will find a solution for optimization this videoformat to make it watchable for common users.
Also here is the answer for a frequently asked question about true resolution of an 8K 360° video.
Unlike regular videos, while watching 360° videos UA-cam show us only a specific field of view similar to human eye (by default 100 degrees out of 360). As a result, the resolution of the visible part of 8K video uploaded to our channel is around 2K (1920p). If you watch in 4K mode the resolution of the visible part would be even less - around 1080p (1K).
Please note that AirPano team originally shoots its films in 16,12,10,8K resolution, depending on year and cameras used back then. But before upload to UA-cam channel we downscale all our videos to 8K.

Thanks for another great video. If possible can you make a few in 180vr? After a long day at work I often just want to sit back and not have to turn my head everywhere while watching an amazing nature video. And 180vr seem to be higher quality as well. We used different cameras, for most of our filming project we use multiple cameras:
- custom made rig with GoPro10, Sony, Nikon cameras,
- Insta360 TITAN
- Kandao Qoocam

That line in the video about it being safe to dive with the sharks (tiger sharks) with those conditions is incorrect. I went on that exact dive. Our tour guy said a lady got bit in the head once. Its unlikely to be bit but i wouldnt say its very "safe". Whale shark, safe. Tiger shark, no.
Our photographer, who has done over a thousand dives, thinks it's safe. But of course, incidents happen in any field.
@@AirPanoVR i guess its all relative. I just checked and tiger sharks have the second highest number of unprovoked attacks (great white is #1, bull sharks #3). That said, more people probably still die by human error when they dive i imagine. Thanks for your videos by the way. Im excited to relive my dives in vr through your vid.
