Does it come the bracket mount to mount them on the rack .? I just order 1 I notice it does come with tow hitch mount not sure if they does come with the rack mount plate

Does this rattle around since it's only mounted on the side and only resting on top of the rack?

It's a nice mount but be aware that the included hardware may not fit your roof rack.

I just ordered this. Can someone remove the eyelet bolts and slide it out to steal it? Is there a more secure way of mounting it?
