I’ve noticed as well that the hit registration on this gun is clunky. The gun will shoot a lil to the left of where the dot actually is. Even putting recoil recovery on the gun doesn’t change it :(

I'm trying the default marksman atm and it feels so calming and satisfying to get a kill streak with. You have to slow down with it in order to fully utilize the gun
I've also noticed that some shots don't land with this gun. I'll get the headshot notification sound, but then see I did no damage at all. I thought it was hackers at first but then wondered if some people were even able to hack this game so soon after release. Then I watched more videos like this and think it's just the game not registering some gun trade shots

Yeah, hit registration makes no sense in this game. Snipers can miss and get the kill and every other gun shoots blanks, unless you're the jerk bunny-hopping and hitting all headshots with your auto at all ranges. F-ing cheaters in every game.

Maybe you’ve covered this and I missed it but what are your controller aiming settings. I messed around for a couple games and had fun but I can’t get the controller to feel right. I think it has something to do with aim assist. Any suggestions?
the Mk 220SSR and SVD work great with the cleaners faction so that you can effectively kill them. The M44 also works with the cleaners as it gives them a one shot capability on the phantoms faction. you should try it. I run the M16A4 with the cleaners and its fun
Seems like the mk20 is better because its higher fire rate and how close range most fights are. I'll try the SVD though the AKs and SMGs get old pretty fast.

the factions are cleaner the guy you were playing an enemy faction the division 1 and 2, ecehlon (def didnt spell that right) obv from splinter cell, phantoms mainly from ghost recon but phantoms were from an old f2p ghost recon pvp game that died years ago sadly, libertad (also spelled that wrong) the rebel faction from farcry 6, and deadsec are from watchdogs, not sure if anyone else explained this already but if not hopefully this helps
I was giggling when people were talking up the MK20 for 2 shotting lmao. My goal at the start of the game was to unlock every gun and when I saw I could 1 shot with the SVD I was so excited.
You were saying fire dudes are your least favorite faction… you should check out DedSec!!! My favorite by far! The spider is like a mini UAV as it runs straight to the closest enemy to you, stuns them for a free kill(or finishes them off if they’re already hurt), and the passive is the best part! Throwable regen!!! So you set down a mine, few seconds later set another, and by the time an enemy hits one you can drop another one over and over. And the ult isn’t necessarily amazing, but it is pretty helpful when pushing an objective so no enemies can use their abilities, or if you see an enemy pop their ult, you pop yours and instantly cancel it(as well as all enemies across the map and all their stuff). I can’t tell you how often I’m like “I hear somebody a little in front of me somewhere”, and then drop spider and it runs behind me, saving my life via showing me where a closer opponent was who would have killed me from behind had it not run that way…
I'm not sure if they've nerfed it but mine doesn't one shot even in the head. Maybe at really close range it will but the other DMR I like so much more.
I really enjoy the game and I hope the team keeps expanding the progression systems as well with more unlockable camos but also more unlockable characters and character skins based on performance with them. I understand their approach to make a mix of Ubisoft titles but I personally would have loved if this game had its own universe and factions that was not related to other franchises. Doesn't take away from the fun though!

Than every single game with a hacker giving us his RaGe 😤. End. Rant.
I understand your point, I play mainly Apex and PC is infested with cheaters. I haven't run into a single one on this game yet. It's early in its life cycle so it isn't an issue at the moment. Have you really been running into them?
I don’t see a point of ever turning on crossplay on either CoD or XD. Most people are on console anyway. I wish they’d just make cross-console option and leave out PC.
This is the reason why I leveled the SVD over the MK20. Heavy Barrel + Barrel Extension allows you to one-shot headshot everyone at pretty decent distances out to 77m since it's a 2x multi. Your TTK does suffer if you don't get headshots or you duel a Phantom and don't get head/upperbody + body.

Toggle/Crouch and Tap to Slide is Hyperscape movement mechanics AND you can still Instaslide, try on Hot Shot mode!

The fire rate attachments do not work on marksman rifles.

Ive been running this loadout since the last two beta tests since they nerfed the MK 20 SSR from being able to do this lol

There is no SBMM in this game, maybe you're not as good as you think you are.
Maybe your positioning needs work. Try to stay around the edges of the map and check your corners.
