PUBLIC HEARING: Formal Appeal of the Revocation of the Business License for RSRA Ventures, LLC d/b/a Air Freshener Depot at 5225 Campbellton Rd SW #100, Atlanta, GA 30331. (Council District 1)
Staff recommendation is DENIAL.

2. ALCOHOL LICENSE APPLICATION PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC HEARING: The applicant for Metro Group LLC. dba Valero Gas Station has applied for an alcohol license for the retail sales of beer at 4455 Fulton Industrial Blvd, South Fulton, Ga 30336. This request is for a new license at this location. All applicable fees and inspections have been paid and passed. (Council District 1)
Staff recommendation is DENIAL.

PUBLIC HEARING: Case U23­013: Application by Brian and Deborah Davis requesting a Special Use Permit to operate a Short­Term Rental at 4857 Neal Ridge (Parcel ID: 09F390001764620) (Council District 3) in the SUB­C (Single­Family Dwelling District) zoning district.
Staff Recommendation: DENIAL
Planning Commission Recommendation: Approval
4. PUBLIC HEARING: Case Z23­017: Application by DRB Group Homes c/o Battle Law, PC requesting to rezone from the AG­1 (Agricultural District/Cliftondale Overley District) zoning district to the CUP (Community Unit Plan District/Cliftondale Overlay District) zoning district to develop a subdivision with 80 front­entry townhomes and 133 single­family detached homes (213 total homes) on 71.127 acres of land located at 4390 and 4420 Demooney Road. (Parcel Numbers 09F420001650949 and 09F420001660930) (Council District 4).
