Out in the Goan Landscapes & Beaches, Beyond the vibrant lifestyle of Goa, there is a rain soaked, calm and serene way of living by the Goans. The Susegad. A very own Goan tradition.
In a short road trip to Goa, Zv's Cinematographer Sakthivel Ganesan tried capturing this relaxed lifestyle of Goa. This video presents the calm, laid back and mindful way of living by the Goans.
Nothing is forced. Everything is accepted as it appears. No Urgency. No neck and neck Schedules. Rather a relaxed rhythm towards life. Goans approach every aspect of life with mindfulness and ease.
To mention a couple of things we experienced:
A Pav Omelette took thirty minutes to be prepared
A Masala Chai took twenty minutes to be done and served
A Platter of Aloo Paratha.. about an hour to get cooked and served
The Monsoon Scene of Goa! Nothing comes close to it during the season. The rain adds spice to the way of living here. Time freezes in Goa during monsoon. It has been raining for some time. The sun has been shining for some time. And it has been windy for some time.
The Goan Greenery. It is one of the most pristine lands of India.
Visit Goa this season for Susegad indulgence.
