Hi, to get the liquid flowing when 1st trying the Wink of Stella pens you must remove the black ring. The ring is to prevent leakage when stored or traveling. Don’t think you put ring back on but not 100%sure. Lol.

Those sparkle pop pens change colors with water too. So you can paint with them. I don't have them yet
