It's because the Make it Fancy series is not a big enough challenge for her :D (Jkjk she's just not usually challenged in Eating Your Feed)
Make it fancy is more of a creative expression since she can choose to make whatever she wants and add whatever she wants- recipes she already has in mind. This type thing challenges her to re-engineer a dish from scratch. That requires chemistry, engineering, and one could argue a higher level of technical skill.
Also because it's a piece of cake for her
