Yeah Lucas's PK Freeze is imbalanced like super weak non-charged attack I also complain PSI Magnet tho. It heals same like Ness's. But in Brawl and SSB4 Lucas's PSI Magnet Heal is Significantly stronger than Ness's PSI Magnet. That's not very high quality of character Development.
