Could you play "Laika: Aged Through Blood"? It's a bloody and heart-rending but gorgeous game. The demo's out free on steam currently. Uh just mind the TW's it starts out rough.

I don't comment often, but I do need to say something! I Genuinely LOVE the way you post long playthroughs! Most cases whole game in one video, even. I bet it's rather hard to do and some amount of people prefer short 20 mins video, and some won't even bother to open a video longer then an half an hour, but that's one of the reasons why I instantly subscribed, once I saw you on youtube. You post such an amount of big playthroughs of indie games, which some gamers wont even bother to open, bc' it's not popular or smth and you doing such amount of work, and I wanted to mention that we are value that! You cool, your channel is really cozy, and I won't exchange it for any other, and I bet most of your subs would agree with me. MUCH LOVE!❤

First time I moved on from my grandma's house was exciting. I was a spoiled kid all my life and being so far away from my family and friends helped me mature a lot. I'm glad I took that path, but four years later depression hit me and I came back home to heal myself with the help of my beloved ones.
I don't regret those bad years alone because they made realize how much I love and need my grandma. Don't be afraid to try new things like moving on far away from home and don't be ashame if things go wrong and you have to go back 💜

Man, I felt so sorry for you at the end. Falling to the start? Way to break our hopes and dreams, game, good job haha. But it was just like you said, it's all about patience and focus, and when you're climbing on the same route, mistakes are bound to happen sooner or later.
I'm actually going to move out this summer, so thank you for bringing this topic up. I'm also blessed with loving family, so it's more about me finally growing up and having to act like an adult irl (fresh graduate from uni, just finished masters). So it's going to be bittersweet but hopefully fun.

My palms already began sweating after only 5 minutes of watching you play this. I think this might actually be more stressful than horror games 😅 Also the hardest game I ever played was one quite similar to this one. It was called 'Rosso Rabbit' and you had to jump through platform levels that were floating in a void. But if you lost all of your lives it would reset you all the way back to level 1 and there was no option to save the game. I remember my parents banning the game at some point because playing it made 10 year old me too angry 😂
I love how your rage is so calm...lol...I do hope you come back and play more of this game! It was literally fun filled anxiety and I have never used "fun" and "anxiety" in the same sentence before.

@ 46:30 the ai voice says this is how the blind see, not cuz there's a bright light on your face, but because you're walking on a textured floor that's put on pathways that are safe for the blind to walk on. It's really good game design too, because you're forced to look directly down on it and you can only see your next step. @MadMorph
ive only like just found you, and im glad i have. theres another youtuber that you remind me of, they're called seri the pixel biologist. they're kind of a small channel but they make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. i grew up watching them and they're very sentimental to me now because they were so loving and wholesome. thank you very much for the content because it make me a happy person lol.

Hardest game i've ever played? hmm.. I'm tempted to say darksouls, but i just don't think it counts, as darksouls is mostly as difficult as it is because of janky controls, though a lot of the game it self is difficult, it is mostly made difficult with how the controls work.
then there is the old 'Tomb Raider' games for the psx or 'Tombi'. But Tomb Raider is pretty much like DS, janky controls makes it really hard. Which leaves Tombi, it's not per say a difficult game, but still it has some difficulty to it and other than that, Tombi is just a really good game in it self, relying on very good old school design for 2d sidescrollers, while adding 3 dimensional aspects to it. Is it the hardest game i've ever played? no. But it's a damn good game, the hardest game has still got to be either 'Xcom enemy unkown' or 'Massive Chalice' both are unforgiven in the same way and have similar designs, just different stories and universe.
I'm hoping you play Baby Steps, which is coming from the same developers that made Get Over It.
