Well you still have to use a DAW with that I'm guessing, to play the presets live. Think VST vital is better, upgrades as no limit,unlike Hardware NTS-1 now you have to buy the NTS-2

I would like to ask something. I’m planning to buy a small recorder for recordings on the go, and I was thinking about the Roland R-05 or the Roland R-07. Is the latter, the one that is still available, slightly better in recording quality or not? Could you tell me something about this? It would be very valuable to me.

Hi, no I don’t think there’s any difference in the recording quality between those two models
