"Suffer with interest"... this line I'm sure speaks to not only me but to all of us. Stay safe out there bros and bras. One act of kindness a day from all of us will do wonders to make this world a better place.
I Like How You Can Hear All The Genre's In This Song, You Can Definitely Hear Grunge In This, They Described This As A Fusion Of Hardcore Punk, Metalcore And Grunge And Its Catchy As Hell
12 hours ago this was uploaded. 1 hour ago I decided to see if pop punk still lived - this was suggested to me. I love these new bands, them, this band and this song are all proof that POP PUNK ISNT DEAD! 🤘 Nostalgia fest today I believe. Thank you UA-cam algorithm... for once lol.
@@crushonhell924 I know technically it's an evolution of the more emo/punky stuff from the 00's, but it's the closest general genre that I could think of to describe it and it was in a modern pop punk list. As well as it being almost identical chord progressions and melodies used as pop punk, including the cadence of singing... from a musician's standpoint. But I get what you're saying I just dont know all the 'new' genres, just what was around in the 00's when I was a teenager.
@@NigelOdinson It's post-punk, if you really want to title it that is. Tired of these genre stooges saying everything is this buzz word or that buzz word.
@@ogioblue I was just looking for the music of my youth, and to see the evolution of that music and was complementing it. Wasnt being a 'genre stooge', I appreciate you giving me the genre name that is though - purely so I can find more bands along these lines and expand my listening catalog. Thats the best way to use genres. I am big into the evolution of music, I was well aware of the punk evolution up until 2012 ish and big into the whole evolution of metal to today. I like to put the puzzles together like an inspiration lineage. I have a wide variety of musical taste and tbh sometimes the easiest way is to out bands into rough genres, like they've been doing for centuries or more. Either that or i'm a genre stooge lol. Cheers though dude.

The guitar hook at 1:45 is under mixed on the record. Absolute brilliant melody, and gives it all live. An other great job from Nick Cogan damn.
Two years too late to the party, but fuck me this track is an absolute highlight on the album!
