- Hey friends, in today's video we'll go over 7 non-coding tech jobs that pay over six figures in 2022. All these tech jobs don't require you to know any coding or programming.
DISCLAIMER - You do need 5+ years of experience to be making 6 figures+ though but in my opinion, no other industry could offer that amount of salary in such a short time.

Why do we split the job titles to such minuscule levels?
Good content but how do you actually get any of these jobs?! I mean what kind of certificates do you need? Do you need Uni degree? Are there specific courses for this?
1- product manager
2- project manager
3- UX researcher
4- UX designer
5- UI designer
6- Business analyst
7- Quality assurance tester
Thanks, I was missing the list down here in the comments!
@@MoSalhan Thank You,

I am a UX Designer in my first role so hoping I hit 6 figures when I get my next position.
Thanks for this bro
Legit saw the role of Business Analyst a few years back and said im gonna do it. Started as a Assitant BA now im a BA and moving into System Admin. These are jobs anyone could do with enough research and time
Hey what certifications were required for you? Did you pursue a degree? I’m currently in college so I’m just wondering if I need a major switch

I’ve worked in IT for over 20 years, and nobody has explained different job roles as well as you have in this video. It should be mandatory for any recruitment agent to watch this video!
My brother wants to got to it isnit good?
Recruitment agents are the problem! They're commission-hungry and don't give a damn about the industry/industries they recruit for! They are, basically, the gatekeepers to [especially] a younger persons career. Not all, of course, but they judge you on word-searching software and will 'bin' your CV in a heartbeat if they can't get their percentage. I got my IT support job via a company that advertised via LinkedIn and said 'no agencies'. They had no shortage of applicants. I'm not a massive fan of LinkedIn as they have some 'money-chasing' aspects, also!

What do you do?
10/10. You offered solid advice here and executed the delivery of your message brilliantly. Keep what you doing @Mo Salhan your content is highly appreciated.
The most straight forward explanations I’ve seen. Thank you!
I'd like to see more info on business analyst and QA! Great video. Love how your examples of the roles were communicated.
Thanks Mika, will do!
i love the mellow tone of his voice. very soothing video and background music
Thank you for this breakdown. I am starting a boot camp learning ui UX design . This gives me a better idea what I’ll be learning. I’m excited
Really apt and straight to the point. Clear to understand. U really practiced the roles u mentioned. As a user, I had a great experience. Would like you to make videos on UI/UX design and product testing
Well-informative and inspirational for someone who's hesitant to get into tech. Thank you so much Mo
I simply loved your analogy! Thanks for the video!
This is brilliant. Thank you so much!! Graduating soon and looking to break into non-coding tech 😊
That’s awesome Lero, you are going to smash it best of luck
Great video bro. When it's saying the day rate £££ this is usually for contractors who are there for a temporary basis as specialists but without the employee benefits. They are usually sourced for months. If you are working directly for the companies its usual around the 30 - 40k Mark (some roles in the 50s too!)
OMG 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 Thank you do much for this ! This was the one 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
Thanks Mo! very informative and clear content....Appreciate the knowledge transfer
Excellent video! Reinforced my goal to become a project manager!!!
Thank you so much. I've been going through several content and this one really stands out! Makes me get an overview and how I can apply creativity, resources and willingness to learn courses in the right areas.
Thank you Ken, hope it works well for you and good luck in your path. I hope to see you around in other videos
This is beautiful, thanks buddy
What a wonderfully informative video. Very nicely done!
Love the style of this filming great job! Excellent topic!
As a visual learner, this content is fantastic for understanding the full scope. Thank you!
I'm a noobie to coding, adding to that I'm midway thru life but either way your content is top notch! Even for me I could clearly understand everything you said, your illustrations... and I loved the tea one as I am a tea consumer myself.. the scenarios you use as examples are great. I cannot understand why you don't have more subscribers BUT moving forward I pray your high quality channel grows inmensely. Thank you so much for this video! 1st one I have seen but not the last. And subscribing.
This was the most informative video I have come across for Non-Coding Tech positions (careers) . I wish i could thumbs up the video more than once ! ! Thanks for the valuable informative .😊
I love the brake down and explanation very simple and straight forward but I would be glad if you can do a deep dive into role #6 which is the software business analyst; that’s the role that really interests me. Thanks 😎
Great video!
This list was spot on
Thank you brother, now am subscribed! Toronto, Canada.
Just find your channel, I enjoy this since I wanted to start something in the IT Industry but was confuse. Thank you.
Tnx Mo, this is the best video I stumble on, detailed and resourceful.
This was super helpful Mo.
Please, could you cover the Business Analyst chapter in more detail?
Thank you for the great video!
Great presentation job well done. I wish Presentation like this were available when I completed my undergraduate and set foot in the real world over a decade. But I am glad great advice like are finally out there. Thanks once again and job well done.
High quality content here, well done.
Quality information and video.. thanks!
Your channel is an ocean of knowledge. I'm glad that I found that. Cheer!
Very excellent presentation. You broke it down👍🏾👍🏾 I am looking into solidifying in Business Analyst or QA area, PM is very stressful for me - dealing with people part of it.
Glad you found it useful! All the best with your career tech and I hope to see you around the commments area in future videos 😀😀😀
Working on my Project management certification right now!
Really good video, very inspirational and has given me some ideas for my channel. Keep up the good work brother.
Good advice! Thanks, Mo!
Great video once again Mo. I wish I had got this a few years ago, this video does a great job of demistifying the tech industry. I would highly recommend you do another video on the other non coding professions available in the tech industry. In particular Sales, Business Development, Marketing/Growth & Management roles. A lot of people don't understand a tech company is just like any other company and requires the same functions to make it run.
As a Product Manager & Designer, this is an excellent video to explain different "non-tehcnical" roles. Props to you!
@Nixigypsy how you doing?if you don't mind me asking, how long did it take you to learn product manager?thank you
This video is definitely insightful guide to help those of us who get lost in the world of endless Tech industry Job titles and paths. I’m venturing in the tech world myself but have trouble narrowing down which direction and what’s next after my degree as to how to dip my feet in the water. I like how you break down necessary skills but still it’s up to us to do the research and work. You have new sub from thanks for this clear but in-depth video. Definitely have looked at tech job but get intimated but the job descriptions.
I really love how you edit your video. I'd love to learn
Thank you for this content. I’m a software engineer right now but looking to do something else with less coding with good pay
Look at Customer Success Manager or Executive, Technical Account Managers, Service Account Manager roles. They leverage your Software experience (not just coding but he other process that comes with that), your ability to learn new tech/processes/services and relationship and communication along with analytics.
Great and informative video. Thank you for the linked resources.
Love the information man. I’m looking for my next level programming job. Just want to see what other options are out there before I settle in a certain path.
So informative. Well done. 👍🏾👏🏾💪🏾
Thanks Cuzzie, say hi to the family for me ❤️
This video is SO GOOD!!!! Thank you so much!
What a Great video! It’s engaging & straight to the point thank you so much. Could you go into UX designer & Quilty Assurance tester?

Thank you Mohamed, I appreciate the support and your comment helps the algo 😉
I agree
I love the graphics in the video! It makes it very interactive and engaging. Nice job Mo!
Thanks Dakota, appreciate the feedback
I admire your simplicity in explaining what to me is a complex matter. Thanks. I'll like to know more about product management
Thanks for your feedback Benjamin, I try to keep things simple so people can understand a foreign subject. Thank for you for coming through and I hope to see you around buddy
I would like to state that 'programming' is a very broad topic and is more of a entry/basic skill that will be used to carry out a much more complicated job of creating efficient software
Thank you so much for making this video explicitly clear. I'd like more info on Business analyst if you don't mind. Also, I see people on SM say they're holding BA with service now or BA with Agile or Scrum training, which would you advise a newbie like myself trying to break into tech start with. It can be a little confusing knowing the particular course to go for when you're self pacing. Thank you. And yes I'm looking forward to your video on NFTs too. (I've read that the mint & gas fee can be high)
Thank you so much ! Very helpful !
this sums up everything thank you so much
Great job. Very well explained. I will go for business analyst since i have IT background with a little bit of coding. Also savvy with data analysis. I will appreciate video for BA
Thanks bro, good luck and will do
Thanks for this. I shall sit still and watch this thoroughly a couple of times.
Wow. Just seeing this, lovely.
Pls can I get more info on the business analyst, QA and UX/UI designer.. I think I might do well in one of those.
Thank you so much for this video man. Everybody think tech is only about coding. I have a tech background but I don't enjoy coding. I currently work as a Data Analyst and thinking of switching to Product management thanks to this video. I've always been interested in PM from my school days but never practiced full-time.
No problem and I’m glad this was useful. All the best of luck in your career!
If you have strong I.T background then I think I.T project management is fine, but I’ve worked with several tech project managers that aren’t experienced enough in I.T and it is brutal. To be a respected/successful PM or Director I strongly feel you need to be able to speak the same language as you’re team. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve worked with PM’s that just have no idea what I’m even saying and it doesn’t help the project at all. Especially if the project is outsourcing a lot of development. I’m not saying you need to be a full stack engineer but you should be able to get your hands dirty if you needed to so you know when people are bs’ing, etc..
@@stevej726 you are very correct …I am currently in a graduate program for database technology but my overall interest is in IT project management..I felt to really have a smooth relationship working with development team, I need to understand what they do
First time in this channel and I already love it.. Just subscribed

Hi Mo.
This is really informative, thank you very much. My question, I would really love to switch careers, currently from logistics but I want to switch to Business analysis career path. Do you have any advice for transitioning please. And is it possible to work as a freelancer in the business analysis career path.
This video was so high quality and everything flowed together so well !
Thank you, I appreciate your feedback! Hope to see you around for future videos!
Thank you! Good explaining.
Thanks Kita, appreciate it!
What about data analyst as a career?
I would love to hear your opinion on it...Thanks
Please do a more in-depth video of Product Management. Thank you!
This is a good video, I started studying computer science it is has been really hard for me to code, I think it is not my thing and I don't know which field I can take and never look back, it is has been really hard to find out what I want as a profesional.
Thanks, Mo!
MashaAllah brother May Allah continue to bless you with success on UA-cam. Been following you for a min now and your in my duas. Keep grinding
Ameen, thank you. Really appreciate the Dua”s!
Great professional video. 2 questions... how does one supervise, manage, analyze a tech project if one doesn't have any coding knowledge. Why do Agile training and certifications feel like a cult? There's only theoretical concepts, you need to be admitted into a self defined organization that has arbitrary classifications and is making money with your adherence? Imagine if you couldn't be a developer unless you were a paying member of The League of Git Hub code pinchers. It would be absurd. Yet for Agile and Scrum - training and certifications seem really strict, but the theory and knowledge base is very vague.
great video thank you!
This was very insightful
Great video Mo! Good information
Thanks, much love for stepping by MRp💯
Very detailed. Thanks
You can make over 6-figures as a Technical Recruiter or a role in software sales. Both have relatively low barriers to entry as well
Yes absolutely, you can!
The Technical recruiters ive seen in FANG companies usually have a background/degree in a technical degree such as Engineering or computer science and then happened to get into recruiting after graduating or later on in their careers.
Yeah but nobody likes recruiters. On top of that you need a less than 100 IQ to be a recruiter so that puts a lot of smart people out of the market.
@@readerrabbit6690 Nobody likes Recruiters really!!!! but every company uses them and every candidate has used them over and over for their next role. So where did you get the idea no one likes Recruiters and I have never heard anything about an IQ requirement for professional roles or what research have you done about Recruiters to even know what their IQ is.
You sound a bit salty about a Recruiter who makes the hiring world go round. We are like Real Estate/Mortgage brokers to the Recruitment business and we do a heck of a lot of work before we even get paid so keep your mouth zipped than insult a whole career

The big question I have here is, "how do I get started". How do I go about the training. Are there internet-based free training app(s) that offer a guide on how to become any of this? I would really want to be one, if not more.
