Let me attempt to be as precise as I can. I have found a well of inspiration and peace in Eckhart Tolle´s teachings. At the same time I do not understand why his courses are priced the way they are. Mr Tolle is the most well known spiritual teacher living among us I think. There should be a way to afford these teachings for poor people. 300 Dollars or Euros in total is too much for people who are in the same position as me. I know there are the books and they are great. But seeing and hearing Eckhart speak is another thing alltogether.
That’s the most awesome thing a conscious persons aura just draws you in and you can listen to them talk or just watch them doing apparently medial tasks. 🙏
"Welcome back to Eckhart`s kitchen. And today, we are making the 24 hour brownie... and now... we "wait" for 24 hours while its in the oven... of course.... there is only conscious aliveness... no waiting. And there you have it.
Doesn't that become a distraction? I mean, to be aware properly, aren't we supposed to be aware of the activity itself rather than anything connecting to it inside our minds?!
@@zasta7 usually when we clean we have a routine to stick to.. so ya in a way it's a distraction but your mindful of the cleaning part and the gratitude part
_Stop watching the television. Stop listening to music all the time. Start to pay attention to your own experience. Get used to being in silence. Begin to value silence and you will seek it out. You will need it for reprieve and refreshment. Instead of constant stimulation and constant conversation, you become more watchful, more careful, more discerning. This is what it means to become conscious, aware in the moment, paying attention._ - MV Summers... Easier said than done, but it might be like that for everything important in life...
I'm glad you found the quote meaningful. MV Summers has many teachings about the things Tolle is also conveying here, and I've found them very meaningful. Stillness seems to be essential and promoted in many of the teachings, like Tolle's here. They substantiate each other in this manner. I wish you well @Taskending ...
That reminds me of the time I was 8 years old and went to a restaurant and saw my principal, Mrs. Saunders, drinking at the bar. Before my mom could stop me I ran up to give her a hug 😅. She was probably hoping to get a break from meddling children.
I don’t know why I’m teary eyed this morning. Eckhart saved my life. Forever grateful for this man, accelerating and really kicking off my awakening. 🙏🏼 God bless
Oh my Universe! I literally started crying when you mentioned "you treat the objects you handle with respect" as I reflect so deep in that statement! I get emotionally attached to objects I own and very few people understand what that means! Thank you teacher!
Ooo ok now makes sense! That is not the case with me. I go by the proverb that "not great or large possessions make you rich, but the small ones truly matter", and when said that I get attached to them, I get attached to their energy because at the atomic level everything vibrates, therefore energy is present in everything that surrounds us. ☺️
RESPECT... I have such quick temper that I can't even remember how many times I've slammed my phone against the edge of the table in rage because something wasn't always the way I wanted it to be. I now understand & REMEMBER that it was a gift from someone very important to me. I overlooked it. I'd prefer not to let her know about this LOL... Sorry ...She is my wife LOL... My wife will likely throw me against the wall as well if she finds out. lol
Please, please, more of these Eckhart at home videos. I stumbled into a moment of enlightenment and actually smelled the tea briefly. The humble kitchen itself shows the humble man. I felt like Gandalf visiting Frodo. 😢
As someone who works in IT, and therefore has knowledge of automation and writing code for automating manual tasks, I am very consciously aware of how precious NOT automating things can also be. I've occasionally had people ask why I do something a certain way, such as having more basic tools for woodworking and gardening (some of my hobbies), or taking simple items with me on hikes. They insist that there are better, faster and more impressive tools I can use for the task. But I don't want that. I want to ENJOY the moment. Sometimes taking an hour to do something slowly, manually, with a simple tool, is far more enjoyable and brings deep, real happiness, over having some modern-day instrument that will automate it for you in 5 minutes.
It would be better than winning the lottery to be in eckhart kitchen he has though me so much I am so grateful for everything the simplest thing like putting my feet on the ground in the morning to starting my day. The best teacher ever and so humble thank you thank you thank 🙏☕️

Oh, the Man showed us a glimpse of his normal human life 🎉 so nice. So warm. Wish Eckhart many many many healthy productive years ahead, supporting humanity
My husband and I went to Japan for 3 weeks. When we came back to Amsterdam the world around us felt so rude and harsh. We became so accostumed to the cleaniness and care in restaurants and public places. I still feel like making a bow when I meet people or to take my shoes off whenever I enter a home or a restaurant.
Eckhart is such a blessing for humanity and the whole planet! I'm so grateful for his teachings. His books and DVD's really helped me overcome mentalhealth problems and his teachings transformed my life eversince. Thank you Eckhart 🙏💚
I am a lot like Eckhart I am an observer of human experiences. I love the idea of turning everyday human experiences into art, that’s how I envision my projects as a model and writer.

This is a heartwarming demonstration of how to conduct ourselves in everything we do, beit making our dinners, making our beds, or even cleaning our houses. Plus, it reminds me how Sushi Chefs prepare and then serve the food. It's pure art form. Thank you so much for this Eckhart, you are the best teacher in the world.
When I moved back to Canada from Hong Kong, I learned to make coffee using a V60 and grinding the coffee beans. I discovered my personal formula for what gave me the ideal coffee to my taste. I soon realized that this became a ritual and process that I was fully aware of. I do it to this day, with gratitude. I know that Eckhart said the means to an end was not the aim of the lesson, but I think the coffee tastes better, as it made with intention and a pinch of love.
Wow, I can't get enough of watching this video I love you Eckhart, what a nice and clean kitchen, being conscious is enjoyable there. please share with us more about your daily life 😅😊❤❤❤
