Chemo Day/ I Can Run Downstairs Now!

Today’s another chemo day for my daughter. I’ll be running all around the mulberry bush today if you wanna come with me in the hospital. I can actually run downstairs now. I could never do that in my older years now at 53. My balance was getting worse and I would fall over just standing still. I have been practicing not in this video but in general balance exercises what you can find on UA-cam And just give yourself some time in overtime you’ll be able to stand without falling over. Not only that but I am now running down the stairs without holding on mind you. It’s always improving a little here a little there goes a long way. Also, I got to exercise for two hours today plus yardwork. The more you move the more you wanna move. Don’t forget to rest though that’s truly important as well. Let’s go!
