I received this from Amazon a few days ago and haven't unboxed it. The Canon website is detecting I have Windows 10, nope, I have Windows 11. Also the Canon web site said it is not compatible with Windows 11. Guess I'll be sending it back, wow.

If the site doesn't automatically recognize that you're using Windows 11, you can change the drop-down to Windows 11 and see the most current available software. Just bought (9-17-23) a Canon imageclass laser from Best Buy. I can't believe how antiquated the MF driver & scan utility (dated 8/8/23 yeah, right) are in Windows 11. The app's "dialog" boxes are leftover from Windows 7. The toner level is a seperate app that looks like its been hijacked from an inexperienced game coder. The DVD that came with the printer actually has a file on it that references Windows XP. I'm surprised I didn't find floppies in the box. Canon needs to take a peek at HP Smart and learn a lesson. Canon could take market share from customers who hate HP's non-stop data-mining. Love the Canon printer, HATE the lack of a simple, useful, all-in-one Windows GUI.
Just bought one of these. I can print from an email. I can copy from the scanner window. however I can't print from any saved document. It is stuck on fax and no way to change it. WHY ?! I've tried removing the printer and drivers and reinstalling and it is still STUCK on FAX ? In order to print a document i have to copy and paste it into an email. pain in the butt. This makes multiple page document printing impossible...or at least extremely time consuming.
Solved this by resetting to factory spec. Found video on youtube that said to shut down the printer and unplug it for 30plus seconds. This fixed my problem.

@@CanonUSA I thought it supported WIFI, also, can we order a longer usb cable for connectivity/ If not what is the upgraded model from the imagaClass MF3010 with WIFI? I just ordered this one for home office and either need a longer cord or will have to send it back.
c350I ( Canon image runner advance) trying to scan & Save file to computer Its shows "specify the destination" scanning transaction OK Error on sending to computer . try with computer name & ipaddress all setting are correct . anybody have any idea ?

Canon USA doesn't support that model. You'll want to contact Canon in your country or region for help.
