I’m playing Devil’s advocate: Janet Hubert was also a mom with a young son back then. Not only was she (wrongfully) terminated, but she was dragged by the media and struggled to make ends meet.

At the same time, Will was a young, immature and witty person. Anyways, I’m glad JH was able to get closure. It was needed.
