Great video.we love this hotel We stayed here in April 2022 for 10 nights, our flight home with Jet2 was late arriving so we weren't able to fly home. We were allocated a night in the Elba Palace 5* which was superb. Flew home the next morning after breakfast. Jet2 were brilliant. Compensated for not being able to fly home too... Returning in January 2025.
Nice video, I've walked past this on a few occasions when on my way into Caleta town - I would have been at the Elba Sara at the time, very similar to the Carlota, as would be expected.
The reception is at ground floor level at the front and the pool terrace is a level below. There are 3 lifts from pool level to the other floors, 2 of these go all the way to the top floor. Everywhere seems easily accessible

Did you notice if there as a lift upto the reception area please?
