0:50 - 1:00/ Mind officially blown! The fact that those buses drove down 5th Avenue behind you two nearly mirrored the 1984 sequence! Just awesome timing! Great job, overall. Thanks from this 40 year-old GB fan from THE BRONX!
Wow... I think this video is very interesting for EVERY fan of the Ghostbusters... As a German, my dream is to visit the 14th North Moore St. in NY... Well done guys, well done!
Check again. The statue shot is in there. We did shoot something at the church (and shouted "No one steps on a church in my town!") but decided to cut it for time, since it wasn't a primary location.
Great job guys, that was awesome! If you come out to LA, you can visit the Sedgwick Hotel (Millennium Biltmore) and the firehouse used for the interiors of GB HQ.
I did this a couple years ago on my first NY visit. Very fun, great way to experience Manhattan. Checking out these spots covers alot of the island, so if you have time you can see all sorts of non-Buster stuff in between. And if you include the second film, you'll see the Statue of Liberty anyway :) What you didn't see inside the fire station: They have the actual Ghostbusters 2 "peace" building logo hanging on a wall!
Upstate New York. My friends have been comparing me to Abed for over a year now. He's my favorite character on my my favorite show, so I'm cool with it.
Awesome vid! You missed a couple of cool things... The shot of the Columbia U statue where you see the title of the film and the church that Stay Puft steps on next to Dana's apartment.
Nice work, my wife and I are doing this tomorrow so thanks for the addresses but you guys wussed out on the Louis Tully bit in front of the restaurant. Cowards!
Hi guys ! Very nice video ! With my crew, we're actually working on a serie of documentaries about 80s movies with cast and crew interviews from a lot of movies ! I wanted to know... You never had problems to shoot ?? We shot few sequences at columbia + lincoln center and we had cops telling us we can't shoot without a (paid) authorization...
You should totally made a tour of this, call some of the places like the GhostBuster HQ and ask if u can go with a bunch of people and do a tour inside the place... btw hate u for inventing this after i visited NY... :P
BTW, I will be in NY to visit you guys just as soon as I take care of these silly drug charges. APPARENTLY marijuana is still illegal in the US... on second thought, you guys come here.

Finally! I'm amazed it took this long for someone to post that.
Great tour! You should've added the Mayor's office building..."C'mon let's run some red lights!"
One of the best music videos ever.
Thanks for the awesome tour!
I had the pleasure of visiting NYC last fall and has the exact same reaction as they do at 3:25. Highlight of my trip.
One of the coolest videos I've seen. Thanks guys!
You guys are fantastic. Now, who else remembers the Ghost Busters music video?
I’m 10 years too late but I love it.. Well done
Good call not ruining everyone's picnic. Thumbs up to you and your video, sir.
Check again. The statue shot is in there. We did shoot something at the church (and shouted "No one steps on a church in my town!") but decided to cut it for time, since it wasn't a primary location.
Freakin' sweet guys! I did the same thing in March 2011 with my best buddy ....my reaction to the Fire House was pretty much the same. Kudos chaps!
A very nice surprise.
That was awesome.. Wicked video.. Enjoyed every minute of it.
I was at Tavern on the Green last month. It's unrecognizable now!
Sadly yes :(
I love how the guy playing Egon in the commercial even looks for his mark the same way Ramis did.
Thanks for the fun tour. You clearly DO have talent.
Watching this in Arkansas, reminiscing about NY. Nice film montage - especially the subway scenes.
Great job guys, that was awesome! If you come out to LA, you can visit the Sedgwick Hotel (Millennium Biltmore) and the firehouse used for the interiors of GB HQ.
Awesome!

AWESOME! Well done!!!
Right on! Thanks.
I've seen photos of the inside, and it looks awesome. Sadly, we weren't able to get in.
Their tour is more in-depth, but ours has its own musician.
What a lovely singing voice you must have.
Ahaha ~ this was great! Good job guys! :D
outstanding!!!!!!
Great video guys loved it!
Upstate New York. My friends have been comparing me to Abed for over a year now. He's my favorite character on my my favorite show, so I'm cool with it.
Excellent tour! Haven't made it to any of those locations, but I've been near the library. And I do want to see the firehouse.

We totally wussed out. We are wusses.
Still love it, though!
Nice work Thanks
That was pretty cool. If I ever get a chance I'm going to check out the Ghostbusters HQ.
If we open a tour company that will totally be the name.
I watched this movie 3 times!
I loved it and posted at Manhattan.st
This is great :D
I'm watching this in late May of 2021 in the wake of Jake's tragic death at the hands of C.H.A.R.L.... His beginning is bittersweet...
At Ollie's across from Columbia?!
JAKE!!!!!!! did you all really do this in one day? great video, I was really hoping for Mat to ruin all the peoples picnics though.
WAY cool vid! Thanks, Guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Actually, the hotel was all shot in LA. We couldn't visit it because it's not in NYC!
I liked the part where you decided not to ruin everyone's picnic at the Tavern on the Green. Courtesy FTW!
Hi guys !

Yup, that's why we skipped the inside. Same with the hotel.
Cool film.
Fun!
awesome i gotta do this one day
No one thought of calling it 'Ghostbustours' ?
It's genuinely weird, even a year later, to see old videos where nobody's wearing masks.
Ghostbusters!!
I try.
Fantasctic, U R very lucky to be there :(
If Woody Allen and (Post-Famous) Keanu Reeves were in Ghostbusters, they would have been spot on.
You should totally made a tour of this, call some of the places like the GhostBuster HQ and ask if u can go with a bunch of people and do a tour inside the place...
btw hate u for inventing this after i visited NY... :P
This is just awesome...also...chew your food.
this was cool and all, but Cinemassacre did a more in depth tour, "Follow That Marshmallow: A Ghostbusters Tour".
I sat at that exact spot in the chinese restaurant!!
My God Jake's so young!!!
5:23 "What an asshole!"
Damn drug charges! Get them dropped!
I want to go to there.
I see you made it onto college humor.
The building used as Dana's apartment is in Philadelphia
esadler74 yea no it's not
You totally sound and speak like a white Abed (aka Danny Pudi) from Community. Where are you from?
