Hi. Thank you for your informational videos. Ive had Scenes / Automations working for 3 yrs now but all of a sudden they stopped working. e.g. I had Z wave light set to turn on / off on Sunset / Sunrise. That stopped out of the blue. How can i figure out why? No faults reported in pressing the "i"
As updates roll out, the panel will need patches that are only available through a dealer but they have to be pushed to the panel.
Hi, my alarm system went off in the early morning due to a low battery sensor. We replaced the battery of the sensor indicated, but the Ultrasync+ app still shows "Control low battery" on the arm/disarm page. Is there something I need to reset, and is there a way to turn off the low battery alarm?
Hi Kathy - We are now about 2.5 years past the end of life for these systems. The glitches are probably due to that. Have you asked your service provider to force a firmware update to your panel?

Hey, great question. You will need 2 parts with that system and know how to create a scene. Here are the two parts:

You will use the module to turn the siren on and off when the alarm is tripped. Does this make sense?
@@SecurityAllStar thank you for your answer but i really dont see how to use the dimmer for this solution. Dimmer is for lights, how can it be relayed to the alarm system. Why the siren is not sufficient alone ? Thank you

That was typically generated when multiple users with the same credentials had tried to login. One of the last software updates cleared that up for our users.

Yes, we can likely help. It will need a firmware upgrade. If you email us at sales@securityallstar.com and send your serial number and home address and phone number, we may be able to register the unit and do a firmware upgrade for you.

How does one repair a failure to communicate status (while the system is stuck in stay mode) after an electricity outage?
This system does have a few glitches since firmware updates stopped in December 2019. First Try entering 9,7,1,3 and "Enter." This may not work. If that does not work, then entering 1,2,3,4 and "Enter." If neither of these clear the trouble, Unplug the power from the back of the system, then remove the battery cover and remove and unplug the battery. By completely powering it down, it "should" reset it. Leave it unplugged for at least 30 seconds. Then gently plug in the battery, replace the cover and lastly plug in the power. This will likely NOT be a permanent fix. Hope this helps.

Thank you for the video and for helping out. I'm aware this product is past the end of life but still I want to give it a try. Until last month I was able to connect through the browser (as an installer user) and the mobile app as customer/installer. However now, I'm getting this error on the mobile app "Requested feature is not subscribed".
From the browser I can see that LAN Status/Media, Cell State, UltraSync Status/Media are still active and valid. Do you know what could be the reason of this error? if yes, any idea on how could it be fixed?

We were just able to activate a system in Paraguay. If you want assistance, we can remotely attempt but it is a small fee to attempt to set it up for you. We will then send you the information we need to attempt to activate it.

@@SecurityAllStar I see in the link that this service is provide only in United States and Canada. I'm located in Ireland, would it work?
Just before go ahead, does it mean that my Alarm system is not currently activated? Would the activation enable the mobile remote control? What about the SIM in the alarm? The settings says that is enabled but I have not done or pay for that SIM since I ended the service with the security company. Thank you in advance
I missed this comment. You will likely not be able to activate a SIM but only broadband connection, however, I a NO expert in Ireland.
@@SecurityAllStar I had been able to use it through HomeAssistant, but in the last few day it seems the server is down. I can still connect to it, but the server does not show the front end. So basically I can't use it now.
