Thanks for the review. I'm currently looking to replace my Lindsay AirGraver. I had issues with it a while back and sent it to Steve for repairs. He sent it back, claiming it was fixed, but it wasn’t-still the same problem. To make matters worse, he charged me $60 for shipping. When I pointed out that the issue wasn’t resolved, his only response was to send it back again. At that point, I decided not to, as I’d lost trust in their service. My experience with Lindsay's customer service and communication was one of the worst I’ve ever had with a vendor. After this, I’d never consider purchasing anything from Lindsay again. On the bright side, my hammer and chisel skills have improved significantly, but it’s time to find a reliable graver. It’s good to know there are alternatives out there besides Lindsay or cheap Chinese options. The PulseGraver looks promising, but at $2400, it’s still quite pricey-on par with GRS and Lindsay.
may i ask which handpiece do u have, the classic, palm control or one of the others. i am looking for a slightly used palm control , but i am real curious as to exactly what the problem is ? thanks
Thanks for the detailed review. I've heard a lot of good things about these engravers over the last 6 months. It seems like their quality has improved over recent years. I'm saving up for one but I just need to decide whether the automatic version is worth the extra money, or if I should just get the foot controlled one.
20 hours is like 2 - 3 days from an engraver. I was thinking to buy one, but my best friend has one and it started to work badly because it wears out after a couple of years, probably because of low cost material and then the service was really bad. He can´t use it as a professional tool anymore and has to get a proper one, also impossible to sell it as it is. To fix it cost almost the price of a new, so I decided to save up for a real tool.
Hi, Yes 20hours is very short time for an engraver. The most problem for my engraver is the dirt and if using within my recommended pressure is 0.3 to 0.8bar maximum 1.2bar the engraver will working 3-4 not much difference nee day. My customers using my engraver for engaging knife, watch dial for 1200 to 3500$ for a watch they made - each project about 3 weeks to over 1month. So few years of engraver working made quite good salary compared to my engraver price. When ever if needed just need change the main parts for engraver is bodytube-piston set and you will have new engraver working in old body. I don't know why your friend said "nearly the new engraver" for change parts - it's just 120$ for bodytube-piston set. I think spend 120$ for the engraver working like new after 3 4years is not bad at all. For resell - big brand always chased after me years back even all engraver patents ended years ago. They using dirty claim our website now too - no reason just using host policy will pending our website each time.
Do you have any updates regarding your Andu graver?

I am producing this type. It will be available in the market early next year and will have good prices for retailers.
Gday mate, fellow unco here. Just wondering how you're finding the Andu still to this day? Any issues?
I am about to purchase an andu graver. What are your thoughts now after a few months of owning one?
