ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Section 7.9 - Complaints

ISO/IEC 17025:2017 magnifies the previous requirements concerning complaints, expanding from one clause to seven clauses. This webinar will look at what documented information is required, along with what records need to be maintained. In addition, specific requirements are now specified in regard to keeping the complaint informed, as well as who can approve corrective actions taken as the result of a complaint.
